Whatever it Takes, Let's Make it Matter

North of Hope was launched in the fall of 2010 and has since grown into an effective 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization focused on making a difference in Alaska. 

We are deeply spiritual in our focus, yet profoundly practical in the ways we serve. We are a Community Development Non-Profit organized for the purpose of inspiring people and organizations to make a difference in the lives of others. We do that by serving all people in Alaska in practical ways through projects that expresses our value to support and preserve cultural heritage.  We believe engaging with sensitivity and a servant's heart can make all the difference.

We are committed to local leadership solving local problems. Our best gift is to see the good that is happening and bring whatever support we can to until the community says, "Thanks! We'll take it from here." Our goal is to build capacity, not dependance.

 We trust that the path of many folks will lead to the mission field of Alaska. We trust that God would show you the difference you can make by partnering with us.
